Our company is licensed as an Electronic Money Institution and Payment Service Provider by the Malta Financial Services Authority, which authorizes the trading of electronic money throughout Europe.

It guarantees social credibility, protection of the interests of investors and clients, as well as high standards in the financial services sector.

The priority of Plix is to ensure the security of Customer funds and data.
We secure all Wallet activities with Strong Customer Authentication (SCA/2FA), i.e. strong data authentication based on the use of additional verification of log in and all operations with a password, SMS codes, access code or biometrics.

Protecting customer funds and ensuring their continued availability is of great importance to us. Plix secures Users' funds using a segregated method. We make every effort to ensure the safety of Users' funds, while complying with our regulatory obligation not to mix Clients' funds and our own operational funds.

We operate in accordance with European Economic Area legislation governing procedures to prevent the introduction of money from illegal sources into legitimate trade, i.e. anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing.
