Data protection
To ensure the safety of information about you and to prevent unauthorized disclosure of data or access to information, we have physical, electronic and management procedures. Each wallet is secured with an individually assigned user’s authorization data – email address, password, access code. Additionally, depending on your preferences, transactions are secured with a one-time SMS code, sent to your registered mobile phone number, an access code known only to you or biometrically. To use our services you do not need to enter your credit card details, so they remain secure.

Contact with Plix
Since the security of our users’ data is our priority, please be vigilant and do not open emails from unknown sources, especially the ones that link to external sites and do not reply to messages asking for your login details and personal information. In Plix, we do not send any requests to provide login data or messages other than system information about the operation of the account.
A user has influence on many safety factors. It is worth remembering that the wallet should be secured with a unique password and not given to anyone. It’s a good idea to equip your computer with anti-virus software or firewalls, avoid using public computers and mobile devices or/and avoid using the remember your password option in the devices’ memory.
