      1. EMPS has a Malta Financial Service Authority license, which obliges us to ensure data security to the users of the wallet. We operate in accordance with the provisions of the European Economic Area, regulating the procedures preventing the introduction of money from illegal sources to legal trading.
      2. Data protection
        1. To ensure the safety of information about you and to prevent unauthorized disclosure of data or access to information, we have physical, electronic and management procedures. Each wallet is secured with an individually assigned user’s authorization data - email address and password and one-time SMS code. Transactions are additionally secured with a one time SMS code, sent after each operation to a phone number registered by you. To use our services you do not need to enter your credit card details, so they remain secure.
        2. Contact with Plix
          1. Since the security of our users’ data is our priority, please be vigilant and do not open emails from unknown sources, especially the ones that link to external sites and do not reply to messages asking for your login details and personal information. In Plix, we do not send any requests to provide login data or messages other than system information about the operation of the account.
            1. A user has influence on many safety factors. It is worth remembering that the wallet should be secured with a unique password and not given to anyone. It’s a good idea to equip your computer with anti-virus software or firewalls, avoid using public computers and mobile devices or/and avoid using the remember your password option in the devices’ memory.
